Become an Affiliate
Affiliates (such as United Way of Susquehanna County) come in many different forms—component funds, supporting organizations, and contractual relationships to name a few. Component funds are established when a person or legal entity gifts or transfers money or property to The Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains.
If your organization could use a helping hand getting started, we can help. Many of our component funds require additional support and administration. Operating as an affiliate can be cost efficient and benefits include professional services, investment management and technical expertise.
Develop a Fiscal Sponsorship
A fiscal sponsor is a unique type of nonprofit organization that shares its 501(c)(3) status with unincorporated nonprofit projects. This allows projects to receive grants and tax-exempt donations from government, foundations, and individuals.
A Strategic Division for Greater Impact
